Bác sĩ femboy camshow

I’ve been a fan of this lord-of-time since the new series began, the tenth doctor being my personal favorite. When I heard they were bringing him back I thought "that would be a fun character to femboy-ize". At some point the doctor has to regenerate into a femboy, right?
